This privacy policy explains how ImportDutyUSA handles information when you use the import duty calculator. It is published in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.

The calculator does not collect personal data. Every input you enter — origin country, product category, HTS code, declared value and shipping method — is processed entirely in your browser. None of it is transmitted to, logged by, or stored on any server operated by the publisher. Closing the page discards the values.

The publisher sets no first-party tracking cookies and runs no first-party analytics (no Google Analytics, Plausible or equivalent). This site is funded by programmatic display advertising; when ad scripts are active the ad provider may set its own cookies, and EU/EEA visitors will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is placed. Because the publisher collects no personal data through the calculator, there is normally no personal dataset to access, rectify or erase. If you contact the publisher by email, that message is retained only for as long as needed to answer you. You retain the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD).
